Boyoma school

- Over 100 children living in the area of Boyoma Sanctuary currently have no school nearby. We feel a good school is important for their general education, but in particular to provide a pool of local people with respect for nature and an awareness of the threat to their wild animals from the bushmeat trade. Boyoma will offer such people long-term employment.

- It is our intention to build a school in the nearby village of Sinia. By clicking on the map below (School) you can see videos and photographs of us surveying the 4.3 hectare site and making bricks for the school complex.

- We urgently need help (funds) to equip the school with desks, chairs, blackboards, books etc.

- Could you help us? If you’d like to help us bring learning to these children please make a donation to Stichting The Wasmoeth Wildlife Foundation, mentioning “Boyoma School Project”
